Average over priced coffee. $9.00 for a Venti coffee is just a scam. Every other starbucks is $5.50. What make this one so great they can charge nearly double and more than Melbourne, Singapore, Bangkok, Hongkokg, Kuta,. Wont be returning.

One of my favourite Starbucks in the island. It feels more quiet and comfortable compared to others.

I found one more worst Starbucks here. Staffs busy with chatting. When I request to top up my starbucks card, one of the staff showed me a bothersome face and said “Oh, gitu...” What a a bad attitude ! Floor and wash room are so dirty. If you expect standard Starbucks service and controlling, this store will make you disappointed. Compare to cafe and restaurant in 5 star hotel around here, price also not competitive.

Starbucks coffee as it should be. Merrie, took the time to explain all her pins to us when we asked about them. Of course there weren't other customers waiting.At this Starbucks you'll always be greeted at the door as well.When you take a Starbuckscard and subscribe, you can earn stars for free drinks. If the connection is bad you get a free upgrade instead (as we had in Ubud). It doesn't cost anything and they have nice collectible cards as well.

There's not much to say here. It is just a Starbucks as one knows it otherwise. The staff was friendly and oh wonder, they wrote our names correctly right away ;) The only criticism was that the drinking straw was made of cardboard or something. This is good for the environment in contrast to all the Plastick but after half the Frappucino we couldn't drink any more because the drinking straw became so soft and bent. Recommendation therefore, buy reusable drinking straws made of metal which you can buy here in various shops. Can also be used at home I am a fan of these.

My fave spot in Sanur area

A very nice place to relax, enjoy a good coffee or go here for light lunch and or breakfast. The outdoor setting just perfect for a sunny day.

One of the best starbucks to chill in sanur area. Not too crowded, lots of trees. Parking lot is available in the puri santrian hotels.

The standard Starbucks fare in a cafe that seems designed to keep customers away. Set back from the road and hidden by trees and furniture you have to be craving branded coffee to venture inside. Once inside you'll find that the interior designers has done their utmost to seat the least amount of people possible in an otherwise large room. Staff and food are nice as expected.

Great sized Starbucks in Sanur. Has most of your Starbucks favourites however they are at normal Starbucks prices. Large outside area out the front, good clean toilet and appears to be reliable WiFi.

Fantastic personal services/staff (Merrie) and even after one visit remembered our order 💯👌great coffee/iced latte and more!

Nice design, very large front terrace. Entrance door slides to the left (although it’s not obvious if you come here for the first time because there’s no handle or sign from the outside). Should be kept clean throughout the day, there are small snippets of paper on the floor/table. The latter could use a quick wipe after the guests leave. Wifi can be difficult to connect, but once connected it’s fast (for this country at least). No parking at all. It seems you’re supposed to only come here on foot (also no bicycle stand). Many pluggs to charge your phone or laptop 💻. Staff is very friendly

I like this Starbucks a lot!Not many ppl like the other one. It offers such a good vibe with a big tree covering the outoor place making it shady and not hot for ppl who want to sit outside. The staff or baristas at this place is also very kind and smile a lot, well if I have a working place like this probably my mood will be always good.The only down part is there’s no parking lot. If you bring a car and you get a spot around 200m away, just take it. You probably won’t get lucky if you pass the chance. If you bring your scooter, you can just park beside the road in front of the store.

I visited this shop several times, and always like it being here. Compare to other Starbucks store, this one is quite different. It's settled on a building with some giant trees, so the surrounding is always nice and cool. It's also much calmer to the other shops, so it's good to have a quiet environment to enjoy a book. Their drinks are good, both for coffee and non-coffee. Sometimes they also have seasonal drinks which are worth to try. Don't forget to bring your own Tumblr for discounted drink every day 22.

Drink ok Just Like other Starbucks, wifi oN and off

On some days this place is full of people but when we visited the cafe there wasn’t a lot of people. I noticed that the price is a bit expensive compared to other Starbucks but overall I enjoyed my visit to this cafe.

It was cozy and the staff super friendly though the store doesn't come with a parking lot. I suggest you to use a motorcycle or other public transport than cars.

They need to take care of the toilet, please.. but we love their service anyway. The food that they have also good, our favorite always vegan choco cookie. And espresso that they have so good too.. and maybe they can more care of the outdoors area, sometimes because of the leafs make it so dirty..

Big space, cozy interior with wood panel & big window so the sunlight can show beautiful ray of light. Outdoor space is also cozy with big tree in front of Starbucks.

We can taste coffee flavour with many hands of farmers, surely you'll have the strong taste of the nature and men's sweat!

It was clean, busy but very fast.All of the staff were so friendly, the service was outstanding! we came here 4 or 5 times just to get those amazing cold juices! i wish the star bucks here sold em like that.The only minus part was that the outside terrace was not that clean.besides that, amazing place

This place so comfy and great for chillaxing because the street not really crowd because sanur its the place for chillaxing and for family, i often came here for working, chillaxing with my friends and great chair at outside. The place so comfy totally comfy. U should come here if u love coffee and chillaxing at sanur and feel the great ambience and atmosphere here The staff soooo great, friendly and love to have a joke. So dont be hesitate to come here okay??

Made my drink just how I wanted it. Nice location on the main street, all of the bemo drivers know where it is. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Good bathrooms and the staff are lovely. A good spot for a rest stop. Good WIFI.

I’ve come to this location several times since I arrived in Sanur. I love their chocolate sponge cake with banana filling. I also tried the cheese quiche 😋 I drink an americano and it’s always done perfectly. Pair these with an ice water, a nice outdoor patio with shade and a beautiful breeze.
